Giving up with the forums

I’m tired. I give up. Whenever I mention anything that in my personal opinion is wrong for the game, an “army of people” come to tell me how blatantly wrong I am with my opinion.

Then when I put a lot of time, work and effort trying to make a post for a better future for the game overall, focusing on QUALITY OF LIFE UPDATES, trying to make it as clear, complete and visually appealing as I could, including screenshots, links, videos, divided by sections and encouraging people to spread it out and share their opinions, with the hope and faith that the devs someday read it to make better decisions with the game, it just gets absolutely ignored in complete contradiction to my whinning threads, threads were I just spread an opinion towards a hero or an ability that should be nerfed or buffed.

(Here’s the link to the QoL thread if you’re still interested)

People just like to be right I guess…
It’s like they’re desperately waiting for someone to give an opinion to point out how wrong they are?
I’m just fed up, I can’t keep trying to get a better trust level (I need it to change the links on my thread with the actual images they link to). I even got falsely flagged on a random post two times by an army of alt accounts. I’m just tired and I won’t try anymore, I can’t deal with it.

It’s sad because I tried my best with my best possible attitude and in return I got the minimal response, whereas when I’m being a crybaby about a subject everyone and their moms come for my head.

This sums up Overwatch in general.
Toxic toxic toxic.
Quit the game if you can.
I just did and it’s currently a blessing for my mental.

I feel you! People will criticise you to hell and back here for anything but the moment you actually put the work in no one cares :slightly_frowning_face:

As one of these people, we’re only right like 50% of the time.

Inconsistently too :joy:

Lissen up. You can’t start a post with this

even if you write afterwards that the things you’re disclosing are your own opinions. You have to do it at the beginning and still keep writing in a form that speaks from your perspective. If you don’t do this, people will flock and keep calling you out for it, regardless of the circumstances. That’s how people work so if you don’t feel like changing the format of how you write to consistently represent the true nature of the post and get annoyed by others then not responding according to the true nature of the post, maybe it’s better that you sit back on this one
