OP complains Mauga has no counterplay and that Rein is unplayable. That’s a literal skill issue. Diamond 1? They’ll be lucky to get out of Bronze 5.

Player quality has really diminished now that streamers aren’t telling players how to git gud.
Mauga just is fun to play. I don’t even care if he’s not meta or if he ain’t gonna be the best lol. The unstoppable charge is finally something a tank can do on their own agenda to deal with CC. Heroes never had to question whether or not to use CC/CC-Ult on an enemy tank, just hit it. Now there’s a tank that can actually have CC be used more strategically. Love it.
Have you tried Moana? He’s squishy as hell.

my only complaint is the ultimate ability lacks counterplay. otherwise. they could adjust the character more.
I think the fire damage thing is being overused.
The guns should not share the same ammo pool during reloads. they should be separate.
I can’t wait for them to release him fully to be honest.
Ehh he’s pretty terrible and I’m tired of having him on my team. 
I had a Reinhardt today go up against a Mauga, a Bastion, and an Ana as the biggest concerns for him. He only died when he got reckless.
