You may have an overheating issue, but I can’t tell from that error code. Only staff can read those codes and they are generally used for the ticket system.
Can you add your DxDiag here, as well as some screenshots of HWMonitor after playing/crashing? Make sure to expand all hardware and upload them to Imgur.
