well technically it’s not based on skill. it’s based on your past performance,
you ideally play at your skill level so the result is the same
it’s like a test in school, you get graded by what’s written on the paper, not what you actually know
You would assume your stats are comparable but not quite so because you’ve gotten yours from facing players around mid silver and he got his from facing players around low diamond.
