A friend of mine is trying to post to the forum, but the button is missing. We followed this advice, but it didn’t work. His screen looks identical to mine except that it is missing the blue “new topic” button in the top right. He’s had his account linked for years but has never posted to the forums. How can he fix this/post a new topic?
They do need an active license to post. I suggest unlinking/re-linking if the button isn’t showing up.
