He also doesn’t do himself any favors thinking he doesn’t belong at the rank he’s in. He definitely sucks at the moment. Surrounding himself with a team and winning every game is something many people can claim, especially when playing with smurfs. Do your time and shut your mouth.

Yeah I’ve tuned in to gauge it 
His aim is decent though you can tell he misses because he isn’t used to raw input on movement, he plays alot of games that have inertia effects when changing directions so his AD strafing game is a mission in building that muscle memory - but his decisionmaking oh mah gawd, he sees an enemy ana shooting, and then turns his back to her, and high noons the rest of her team, and ofcourse gets slept - the mistakes only a new player will make

Silver is not exactly at the end of the bell curve. The top/middle of the bell curve is supposed to be gold from what I’ve heard.

If he played vanilla OW back then he probably would dominate. Current OW has too many gimmicky and annoying particle effects that would blind any untrained eyes.

Game was supposed to not be just about aim, so if he cant climb out with only it, then its working as it should. When he learn most heroes and his main counters, with timing, positioning he should climb out of silver if he is “that good of a player”
