Founders Pack not showing up

I also owned OW 1 since 2016 , and got the founders edition. After merging my PS4 and PC accounts, it wont show on my PC at all

Yeah itā€™s the same problem for me. Iā€™ve been playing Overwatch since it came out. I logged back in a couple weeks before Overwatch 2 launched and Iā€™ve not received the Founderā€™s Pack yet. Really annoying.

Same here. I buy OW1 many years ago but no founders pack.

same thing dude i emailed them 3 damn days ago and no responds whatsoever

Same, but even more broken. Before maintenance, I had all og heroes which then got locked 3 hours later. After maintenance, I have all characters unlocked except Torbjorn and Kirikio.

Same here, my characters are locked since launchā€¦

Iā€™m still waiting on answers as well as a response from support. Iā€™ll post an update if they get it sorted out for me. Good luck all.

I looked to check if I had it and I do have both the Doomfist and Sombra and the icon. Huh, this is a weird bug that may only affect other people. Strange, but regardless this needs to get fixed along with all the other issues.

They messaged me back to tell me that they are making progress on the issue with no timeframe for a fix ironed out yet. Itā€™s good to know that theyā€™re working on it at least.

same has happened with me i have the Founder Emblem but nothing else. In the 2 tickets Iā€™ve put in the only answers I was given were to merge my accounts and make a bug report.
I have as well owned the game since 2016, have many hours in the game and started playing again 3+ months ago.
