Good luck with that. It may come, but it ain’t gonna come anytime in your time frame. Now don’t hate on this post because I’m throwing out some facts, but let’s compare a little bit with other character driven games. For ease I’ll use HOTS since I’m familiar.
People in HOTS were long crying out for all team representations. Mainly Starcraft folks all Terran, all Protoss, all Zerg. I believe Horde/Alliance was probably filled from the start. Diablo finished a little later.
Now, this is a game that only requires 5 spots vs Overwatch 6. A decent team fielded is Tank, DPS, DPS, Support, Specialist.
Well…
It took til January 2018 to complete a field able Terran team with the release of Blaze being the final piece.
3 years! 3 years for a game that spits out characters once a month.
Overwatch puts out 3 a year. HOTS 12-13 a year.
Now realistically, when do you think you’ll be able to field that all Talon team? It’s gonna be awhile.
It really is weird that the development team decided to create all these heroes, like the Super friends, and NO LEGION OF DOOM. On release all we got is Reaper and Widow. In 2 years we’ve got 2 bad guys, Doomfist and Moira. Lol wtf? It’s like a constant fight between a bunch of good guys…and a bunch of good guys.
If you’re wondering why the lore is scant, it’s because no one has bothered to write anything or compelling yet.
As far as I can tell, Overwatch’s main enemy, is the United Nations who disbanded them. Lol am I wrong?
Someone’s got to buckle down there in the main office there and get some evil dished out. As much as I love the game, AND I DO LOVE THE GAME, its backstory and villainy is about on par with Street Fighter V.

Talon rank is only missing a tank. And for not the next hero it will come eventually. And I hope in your one game you get crushed by a full Talon team.

I’m already anticipating that Sanjay or Maximilien will be the Talon tank. I find it likely that Maximilien will be the anti-Zenyatta: instead of physically frail, peaceful and orderly he will be very strong, violent and chaotic:
He have 500 total health 300 hp and 200 shield so he can charge shields like Symmetra also he can deploy shields like Orisa but not in the same shape as Orisa’s it can be like Reinhardt shield but smaller in size and hp like 1000.(on a 10 sec cooldown) He can construct a mech from hard light tech. Its the same tech Symmetra uses. So he have a build time for his mech like Torbjorn building a turret. He have a gun in his pilot form can be used as construct tool for his mech suit and also for defence. Construct time 12 seconds. So he doesnt have to shoot people like dva. His one ability is photon shield deployable shield. And other one is photon explosion. Which is something like Orisa’s halt ball goes straight and with activation explodes and deal damage. (on a 8 sec cooldown) His primary fire can be like Lucio’s gun. We know that sound gun technologhy found by Lucio’s father and used by Vishkar. There is a dialogue in the game between Lucio and Mercy about that. And his ultimate can be like creating an area that deals damage who enters it. Its a small amount of damage like Winston’s Tesla cannon. So its more like area denial than teamwipe ultimate. Lasts for 6-7 seconds.
