Yes and no one a mercy pokets the dps for damage thats her role you cant just look at them in a vacuum when their is a game to play them in this isnt a anime vs debate we can play them and use them together

The problem is in a vacuum mercy looks like the weakest hero in the game but in practice her kit helps her survive do to her movement and do to the value or damage boost and rez

What Domicci is saying is that yes Mercy is weak on her own, but in this meta what counts is her interaction with Sojourn, making her really strong until Sojourn hopefully gets nerfed more.

Data falsified by streamers, she is not tier S neither now nor last season, she has gone from being one of the worst support to magically the best for 5 extra bullets or pocket a dps tier S??? No one believes this.

I agree to the brig power take by flats but i feel like that dosent justify brig being in b tier since he litterly explained that she gets outclassed by all supports

Damage boost has been 30% since almost overwatch entire lifespan but suddenly she becomes S tier with it without changes to it?
