Unsure if this is a bug that is fixable but figured I’d report it. Someone had the issue here: Teach me how to dodge a firestrike
and here is my own video of the issue happening:

It seems to me that rein started putting the barrier up (it still wasn’t visible but the piece from his left arm can be seen floating) right as the projectile was flying through, seems that it made the projectile move, on most projectiles this wouldn’t be a problem since they would blocked by the barrier either way, but projectiles that pass through cause this issue it seems.
Here’s the video from the other thread:

And I want to add that this seems to apply to all projectiles. It’s just easier to see with Firestrike because it’s so slow.
Interesting coincidence that both these clips are Moira getting hit while dodging to the left behind a friendly Reinhardt. In my clip, the Firestrike is actually a friendly one that got deflected by the enemy Genji.
Here’s another one from about 20 min ago:

Hey Blizzard, can we get a ruling on whether this is a bug or some kind of hack? It’s happening a lot lately – sometimes really crazy like in these clips, sometimes more subtly. Here’s a more subtle version of the same issue. The Firestrike only makes minor in-air adjustments this time:
