Intent is good, with poor execution. No idea why the speed needed a nerf - percentage? Sure. I’m all for making tank play better, but this was just unnecessary. Like with the Genji and Sigma overnerfs, you miss the mark once again.

You arent gonna like it that much when people like me still play zen and you arent getting much healing and you get no real advantage on damage. :smiley:

I don’t really understand this change. What is it really trying to accomplish?
Does this mean that the orb of discord/harmony can be blocked by line of sight or a shield before it reaches its target?

Orb of Harmony is fine, it doesn’t need a change.
Orb of Discord at 30% is way too high, simply lower it to 25% and it’s fine.
Please don’t make abilities clunky to use.

Sigma was overperforming and he needed some changes, but the shield cooldown change to 2.5sec turned his gameplay from fluid to very clunky.

Well that should lower Discords value, having the enemy ending up dead by the time the orb can reach them.

Great changes all around. Glad the dev team are hearing the cries of tank players.

Maybe I’ll be able to get one swing in as Rein before my hp disappears.

Would like to see the hanzo change reverted.

Are we going to get to try Pharah’s altitude drop (air crouch) again or has that been scrapped altogether?

This is cute and all Blizzard, but when is MOIRA going to receive some type of utility for the group like every other support character has?
Cause I’m so done with this community and the people who cry when I play her.

Imagine getting reported/banned just because people don’t like a certain hero. sad

Edit: Let’s have a ExC for Moira that lets Coalesence have a cleansing effect (like Zarya bubble) for the full duration of her ultimate, a good counter for Antinade, it’ll make up for a lot interesting plays. It will make her ultimate have more impact and less useless and will make Moira players think twice before using her ultimate.

ty, I like these changes even as a zen player, I haven’t tried them out but I do like that they are taking the route of deescalating rather than just buffing more and more since a number of values stay the same ie. damage can go up but health won’t for those wondering what I mean

Ball will be meta until he is nerfed. How many ball smurfs must we have to deal with?

ok overall better nerfs I think but hanzo needs his buff reverted sigma needs a change and so much more this will barely shift the meta.

Echo got off so light it’s unreal. Like she’s clearly the tier 1 dps now. Tracer was the closest.

This arguably makes more reliant on abilities for output. Overall this seems like a good change, but you’re still probably going to have to look at all damage-boosting abilities at some point in the future.

Changing risk, without changing output would’ve done little, but here you’ve gone ahead and changed the scaling of her damage the further she’s outside her optimal range. This looks like a good change, overall.

90 meters per second is still incredibly fast and difficult to react to. Reducing Discord is a good idea, but we’re still going to see a lot of stacking of damage-boosting ability-stacking, as right now, the more powerful supports (in terms of healing output and defense) tend to be the best options for boosting damage, and defending against it.


Further notes on Echo;

Ammo reduction seems fair; but perhaps reducing the damage her basic attack do, might also be a better decision?

Flight still allows for a lot of manuveuring and opportunity; I’m not sure if sustained damage was solely the issue, and the regular availability of Flight was.

who decided these changes for tracer and zen? they have zero impact and will not change their pick rates win rates not how they are played these nerfs are not even noticable so why do the nerfs at all?

imagine zen, the least changed hero since game was new, being nerfed for being “op” in some team comps…casue synergy in a team based game is bad right :thinking:?

Just like devs did with mass rez they are changing something that doesnt NEED changed instead of changign the underlying system that could cure the issue for all damage boosts currently in game and in the future.

multiple bandaids are the OW devs answer instead of actually giving medicine to cure issue.
