Well, his hitbox in Recon mode is absolutely massive. Bigger than Sigma.
And it’s very unlikely you can buff him in Sentry mode, without causing balance issues in Bronze/Silver.
So I’d suggest buffing things that aren’t his Sentry mode:
Bastion
Configuration : Recon
Ironclad passive increased to 30%, up from 0%.
Hitboxes overall reduced by 20%. (As formfitting as possible, especially the head hitbox).
Configuration : Tank (Ultimate)
Transformation reduced to 0.5sec.
Firing delay after healing disabled for the duration of the Ultimate
Comments: Giving Bastion additional power to his Sentry form seemed like it was not a good idea. However Bastion was too weak. So power was given to his other forms. In particular, Bastion has one of the largest hero hitboxes while in Recon form. So he was given damage resistance to counteract the higher likelyhood of taking damage. Could also give him as much as 50% damage reduction during the half-second of transformation, as a “parry” mechanic.
I mean, I got a pretty decent Mercy fix over here.

Cadeceus Staff
If the teammate being healed a small area-of-effect healing circle appears below the healed teammate.
The healing circle heals teammates for 10 healing per second.
When a teammate being healed is standing on the ground, they receive both the 50hps beam heal, and the 10hps AOE heal.
This one isn’t too bad either.
