If none of that works something else to try is clearing the the Local App Data files.

  1. Press Windows key + R and type in %localappdata%
  2. You should find a Blizzard Entertainment Folder. Open this. If you do not see it be sure you can view hidden files
  3. Delete the Overwatch folder
  4. Repair the Overwatch client
  5. Retest
