Been playing since midnight launch day, locked heroes, locked game modes, no watchpoint pack, no coins…but I have kiriko? I thought you only insta unlocked her if you played OW before, and if you played OW before your heroes should be unlocked. So logic would say, if Kiriko is unlocked none of the other heroes or modes should be

You didn’t have too. There should be an option now but it’s not working.
merged my psn account to my battle.net account and when I launched OW2 only the small amount of levels and playtime I had on pc came over and replaced my psn stuff. Hopefully, they fix this.

Same problem. I’m on ps5 and loaded up the game. Everything gone, levels, icons, skins, settings. I bought the watchpoint as well. Didn’t get that. Had to play the tutorial again. Modes were locked. Characters were locked. Waited several hours to get in just to have nothing on my account. Idk what’s wrong but this is just sad. Hopefully they get their stuff together because this is pitiful.

Yeah, only my PC stuff transferred over, not my PS4 stuff.

Same for me, all my stuff are just gone, which is sad. All the money and work spend on the game for nothing. I hope they fix it soon.
Having same issue. Only ever played on playstation. Whole career profile, skins, unlocks are all gone

I have the exact same issues everything is gone for me on the ps5 all my skins i earned and bought gone and all my heros are locked and my rank/border is my pc lvl and my pc has nothing on there

all my stuff is completely gone im really really upset about this I grinded so much to get dreamie skins during the anniversary event plus through all my years of playing this game

Yeah I wasn’t aware that overwatch was completely disappearing with all my cosmetics. Pretty sure my account was already linked but I never did an account merge I didn’t know that was even a thing. I’m afraid all my stuff is gone which kinda destroys my motivation to play at all.

Absolutely everything got wiped off my account and was reset to level 1 kinda sucks that this is even a issue for a company like this
