Echo needs to be a high skill, aim intensive support hero

I don’t think Echo will be aim intensive. But she will certainly require more aim than Moira, Mercy, or Brigitte. I think Echo will be a more skill-based version of old Mercy/Symmetra. She will likely be able to fly and give shield health. I made a hero concept a few weeks ago for Echo that could be a possibility:

I made a hero concept just over a week ago that could work well for Echo. I’ve edited a new version with Echo, but I will also link the original hero concept below. Gameplay and abilities: Echo is an off tank/support hybrid. Echo is designed to sacrifice her own health for allies. She has 50 health and 250 shields to make up for this (300hp overall).
