DVa Should Say "Diff" or "Gap"

How funny would it be if DVa staid “It’s a tap diff” or “Tank gap” when she killed the enemy tank? I would love to see this added to her standard voice lines. She is a gamer after all.

EDIT: It would actually be funny too if DVA said “support diff” if the enemy supports killed her team’s supports. Just an example. But it would cool if she trash talked her team for being bad or doing something stupid. Imagine her Reaper went in to ULT and dies immediately, she could say “Nice ULT” sarcastically or something.

The more the merrier in my opinion. I don’t let people’s small bits of toxicity offend me. That may just me though, not everyone has a thick skin like me.

I made a topic mentioning this exact thing :stuck_out_tongue:

do you really want toxicity normalized? think before you go and ask for this.

she’s already normalizing toxicity

agreed, but i happen to dislike the new dva.

I mean, her voicelines already got more ‘toxic gamer’ stuff included in them. I think it’s funny. Please, Blizzard. Make the gamer trash talk more.

I’d argue it’s the main thing hardcore gamers excel at.

“Is this easy mode”

that wasn’t that bad. it also wasn’t direct, it’s open for interpretation. now she is telling you that your loss was a skill issue, i thought you were suppose to be good? etc… kiriko kind of does the same “i thought you were the sniper?” the voicelines are inherently more directly toxic.

It’s only toxic if you allow it to be.

She already says things like “It’s a skill issue” when she kills someone. It’s already past that point. Also, if you shouldn’t like little things like that get to you. Games shouldn’t try to build their games around overly sensitive people.

Yeah, that line – “I’m gonna diff you all!” – that she yells out sometimes is hilarious.

Aside from the normal objections from snowflakes who can’t handle trashtalking in competitive games, I don’t think this is a great idea. Adopting slang when it’s new runs the risk of the line feeling really dated if it doesn’t stand the test of time.

They could always remove it down the line if that becomes an issue. This is a non-issue.

I love how the conversation about this is still going lol Makes me wonder if Blizz promotes a toxic environment.

She already says “Uhhh… it’s a skill issue!” when this happens.

Having more of these interactions wouldn’t hurt. It would actually be awesome.
