So I’m trying to change my icon on the forums, but no matter what I do (change the icon in Overwatch, log in and log out) it’s not changing. Any help?
I was asking the same thing because my pfp on Overwatch is the Kitsune from S1 bp
As far as I know, the forums pfps have been bugged for a while. It used to be just logging out of the forums and back in would change it, but now that doesn’t seem to work anymore. We’ve been told nothing, per usual.

I think you just have to wait until it automatically changes. I know it’s taken a few days to update mine once so I just don’t bother changing mine anymore.
Mine’s been stuck on this for months… no idea how to fix either.
Funnily enough mine auto-updated back in December.
I didn’t log out and it just swapped to the right Pachimari icon about two hours later and since then it will not change.
I changed off this icon during LNY, changed again yesterday, forums just won’t update it.
Since it’s a pretty low priority bug, as per Blizzard’s usual policy it will get a fix before the current “Applying Update” bug that causes players to suffer a leaver’s penalty when entering a comp game.
Do not complain, mate. You could be stuck with the default one.

I had to contact support for them to refresh it. Send them your ingame pic and your forum pic.

I think it’s safe to assume that the Forums is on the very bottom of Blizzard’s concerns.
Showing Tracer’s feet is the only thing they care about less.

But, as @Trilly-11672 noted, as of this post, this issue unfortunately is still present and impacting players (myself included).
