Junkratâs voice can be extremely grating and unfun to play against, so weâre toning it down a little bit. It should still be very fun for Junkrat players while being less frustrating for other players.
That mercy change is good. Thereâs a lot of situations where that half second of healing lost can be do or die for your ally. In those situations I wonât valk unless I absolutely have to to survive.
Reaper
Can now use Shadow Step during Wraith form.
Instead of the normal Death Blossom, now gives you the AoE effect while allowing you to freely move and attack to your choosing.
Symmetra
Orbs now move 30mps.
Turret deploys in 1.5 seconds after casting
Turrets now target all targets in range but have reduced damage to 40 Dps to compensate.
Ultimate can be redeployed by pressing ult again.
Pharah
Faster movement speed when in the air
Can now move when using ultimate but at reduced speed.
Bastion
Can now perform actions while self repairing in Scout and Tank Forms.
Hanzo
Decrease speed at which arrows are drawn for less spam.
Storm arrow cannot headshot
Leap now has a cooldown of 4
Grappling claw

â The first enemy in range now provided 200 shields but maximum shields capacity still be cap at 700 in totals.

Scatter arrow returns but this time the more the arrow bounces 2 seconds after impact, the higher the damage. The arrows disappear after those 2 seconds so they canât do huge lucky random shots.
Changed Wrecking Ball to Hammond.
Voices are now matched with the skins! (Reaper as Reyes, 76 sounds younger as Strike Commander Morrison etc.)
Possible for Asheâs dynamite to be thrown back within the fuse time
Remove all the nerfs that broke a lot of characters.
Keep only the useful reworks (meaning just Torb I guess if the main Torbs are fine with it).
Proceed to only buff heroes from now on - no nerfs unless thereâs a (useful and not OP) buff compensation along them.

-Projectile size increased slighty.

-Dead Eyeâs direction of fire can now be chosen by with Primary and Secondary Fire. Ult is now cancelled by pressing the Ultimate Button a second time.

-Ice Wall can now be constructed on Vertical Surfaces to simplify walling off Highground.
Symmettra
-Teleporter can now be placed through surfaces. Allowing more effective placement, especially on highground.
-Teleporter snaps to Healthpack spawn points when placement is targeted near a healthpack spawn point.
-Healthpacks and their Status are visible to Symmettra through map geometry while targeting Teleporter.
-Teleporter Duration increased.
-Teleporters snapped to Healthpacks are indicated as such.
