Hello, i have been trying to download an update for ow but it’s stuck on "fetching download manifest (813.33kb/813.33kb) and its been this way for an hour. Is there anything i can do?

It worked for me this way : i downloaded tunnelbear VPN, signed out of blizzard, logged into the us vpn location, and then signed in and it worked
That makes us two. The servers today were crazy also.
Me and my girlfriend have the same problem. But now we have the sentence “Waiting for another update” but there’s no other update

Content delivery (game patches hosted on third-party servers) is limited there due to COVID. This is something outside Blizzard’s control.

sign out --> open a VPN (Location = USA) --> sign in to Blizzard again --> Download the game … it worked for me
same… it stuck for more then hour…
is vpn legal? can i just try to updat to americas server?

i had the same problem, i logget out twice nad then it worked
edit: nvm its stuck now on 0 B/s
edit2: it works when switching to US servers and logging in again
Having the same problem as well. Tried logging in and out of the app about 10 times + restarted my computer 3 times, still says waiting on another update. My boyfriend managed to get it to download by restarting his computer though
i made it work for me after 40+ min waiting: -killed every blizzard and blizzard updater instances and started blizzard app with admin rights
I guess their servers are infected by COIVD-19 then.
I just waited patiently and it started downloading while I was reading the answers here. The download speed is low, but It’s downloading and is soon finished.
Guys if it says waiting for another update, should I log out of the app or just let it be?
seems as if it waits for another instance of blizzard updater, as mentioned above, killing all these via taskmanager and starting the blizzard app with admin rights solved this for me
I did this and it switched from “waiting for another update” to “fetching download manifest 813.33kb”. It’s still stuck but at least i’m not stuck in another update, thank you
