Actually I can clear this up.
I did ask the developer that reached out to me about all these whether or not any of them were ping or packet instability issues and ended up removing about 6 listed bugs as a result.
Unstable/high ping & packet loss/burst do make things play out very questionably you are correct, thatā€™s why itā€™s the second thing I look for in a clip after identifying what the issue/s in the clip are. I can assure you that everything listed in that document is not ping or packet instability related, though thatā€™s not to say these issues canā€™t be directly caused by or amplified by ping or packet instability.
As for my testing process I am not the only one who tests these, I have a small team of friends all over the world I can use to help simulate unstable connections with, the best example on the document of this is the only bug not centered around Doom, but rather high vs low ping. That was haphazardly discovered while testing a bug with a Euro friend (I am Austrlian, my ping was crazy unstable) that has since been patched where Slam would push people away if you landed too close to them.

You are confusing features with bugs. Doomfist diags (beneficial) are a feature together with sliders (not beneficial).

every hitscan hero in this game gets several buffs ā€¦ idk why mccree got 225 hp he was in a good balanced state. People getting mad when you are picking doomfist and instantly report you for throwing even in qp, so please Blizzard fix those annoying bugs

I think they need to rework doom again, make him more consistent by make good doom players be able to play arround his upper cut again by revert the stun on the end of the ability. That way they dont need to fix all thos bugs to make him be playbe again.

TRUE itā€™s been so long since Iā€™ve actually had fun playing doom, the character is extremely unrewarding the way he is now, itā€™s not like we are asking for buffs, just simply asking for bug fixes, the fact that heā€™s had over 50 bugs for probably about 2 years now is ridiculous.
