Does Blizzard remember Pharah exists?

From the latest PTR change, Mccree is turned to a tanky Hitscan hero. It may be understandable that he needs to keep up with other DPS like Doomfist, Hanzo.
But Pharah? Blizzard continues leaving her in a dumpster as she needs to hit Mccree with at least 3 rockets to kill him. (3 direct hits or 2 direct hits + 1 splash)

Pharah is nothing but a troll pick until Mercy pairs with her.
“PharMercy” is always brought up by others as a way to say Pharah was oppressive. In fact, Mercy enables all casts and no one talks about all casts were oppressive when pairs with Mercy. Now Mercy rather combo with other DPS instead of Pharah. (e.g Sniper + Mercy)

Playing Ground Pharah is possible, but it makes no sense for not using her flying kit, and Hanzo or Mei will still be more preferable projectile DPS than Pharah.
Junkrat is better shield breaker than Pharah since his grenade does 10 more damage than her rocket and he break shields more safer than Pharah as he can lob grenades over the cover, while Pharah needs to peak-shoot.

Pharah is also left dead in the lore since her comic in May 2016
"Lucio/Zenyatta needs lore.", I agree but at least the community remembered these characters and Blizzard gave them some nice cosmetics:
Lucio - OWL Dance Party Legendary Emote + OWL All-Stars skin
Zenyatta - OWL MVP skin (Zen Nakji) + A Halloween emote that he TOUCHES the floor that shooked the community.
Pharah doesn’t get any skins since the last Anniversary event. Her Archive emote is pretty dull and boring compared to Soldier:76 doing Push Up & Hanzo doing a fly kick.

Pharah is not in the dumpster, she is as powerful as the player. Like a decent pharah mercy is disgusting to play as and can dominate a game harder than any widow ever could even against double hitscan.

Pharah who? How did you know the name of the new hero? Is there a leak?

Any DPS + Mercy is hard to play against and can dominate a game.

Pocketing a decent Ashe/Hanzo/Widowmaker, they can be untouchable against Dives. Depends on the map, dives can’t reach them if they’re far away and their sole counters are better Snipers.

Winston can barely do a thing against pocket-healed Genji until he’s anti-healed, but decent Genji would quickly dash back into his team. Jumping after him would be likely feeding.

It looks like you barely beat me to making this kinda thread lol. feels bad all around.

Not looking forward to needing 3 direct hits or 4 to 5 splash hits to kill a McCree
