Disconnecting + Have Traceroute Info

So while this can definitely be some sort of connection issue, the severity of it for you may point to a local issue with your network devices or the 2 systems.

The vast majority of players are doing so without issue. You said 5 different apartments. Was this all in the same complex or different complexes? if Different complexes was it all the same ISP/equipment or different ISPs and equipment.

The test you provided is a looking glass test. It only measures from our authentication service to you. And ignoring the masked nodes (intentional for DDOS protection) there are no issues with our connection to you. the final hop within charter’s network before your local network shows 0 data loss and latency around 10ms which is stellar.

But again, this is a super limited test. I think we should get some better test data of your connection while the issue is happening.

I recommend setting it up, then launching the game and queuing for a match. Once the match starts loading, enable the netgraph (ctrl-shift-N) and use the IP listed at the top left (may be different for each match) and start the WinMTR test. play the match. If there is no disconnection or lag, stop the test, and repeat. Once you have a WinMTR test where the issue happened, reply back with those results so we can look into this further with you.
