It seems like there’s a lot less healing than usual lately. Like, I can see the healers healing but they seem to be healing less.
How recently? Because if you haven’t been around for a while, then yup.
Scary thing is I haven’t even included the new healing nerfs yet…

From my memory
Moira was nerfed when Double Shield was high Meta
Baptiste was nerfed after Bunker
Anas Nano heal was nerfed around the same time
Brigittes repair pack was slightly nerfed

Depending on your definition of recently I think all supports except Zen and Lucio had some kind of healing nerf (although Ana’s was small and Mercy’s was ages ago). Then again, with the fairly recent shield nerfs there is more damage being done, so it is probably a better explanation.
There were quite a few healer nerfs, but there were also barrier nerfs and damage buffs too, which have ended up becoming the healers’ problem. Lately I’ve just been pulling so many matches with 25k, 30k+ heals and it just. does not matter.
So, yeah. It feels like there aren’t enough heals to go around but at least in my case, the heal numbers are as high as they ever been. They just can’t keep up with the damage creep.

No offense, but I feel like that post is just “oh poor support players”
Every role is struggling right now.
Dps have large queue times, and over half the roster is F tier. A significant amount of DPS have been nerfed, the ones that havent are already F tier.
Tanks only have one viable combo. Rein zarya. It’s unfun to tank because of insane amount of CC and only having this combo or lose. Lots of tanks have been trashed with nerfs.
I’m pretty sure 90% of those support nerfs were deserving, as well.

Thread was made during the time when everyone pointed their guns at Baptiste and Moira due to bunker after Lucio/Brig got gutted.
At that time, I felt tanks were still doing pretty terrible, as well as DPS
Heck, I feel that way about every role now since they’re just biting at each others necks

Um… I don’t remember lucio or brig being gutted.
They’re still very strong right now.
This was when Lucio had his speed slapped before it got reverted and before Brig got a change to have three armor packs instead of one + her increased self heal, which brought her back up
Brig got double nerfs to her repair kit giving over-armor and healing/sec in Feb
