For some reason I can’t buy the dance party emote? I have the OWL Tokens, I bought them specitically for the emote and I can’t buy it.

Hey, they accidentally made the Lucio emote purchasable with the summer games so they locked it so no one can buy it (yet). However, they did say that the emote will be purchasable at a later date. More info here:
