"I’ve seen some isolated mentions of this, but not a single coherent thread so here goes.
Recently, an ABK subsidiary laid off 30% of their QA with no good reason:

It seems they’ve reached the breaking point and ABetterABK is organizing an indefinite strike- this is not a 1 day walkout.

Corporate is cutting off their salary so they’re raising funds; won’t link that here but it’s not hard to search that out if you’re interested. Beyond that, if you’ve any inclination to boycott, now would be a good time to think about it- this is going to shape the future of the industry."
