I got the skin after the Collegiate championships.
Iāve got Brigās skin at 04/20 or 04/22. Iāve watched Chinaās lives 3 days at contenders site (in english) (21,22 and 23), europe 2 days (26 and 27), Koreaās and USA (day 26), and I didnāt got Echoās skin yet.
I havenāt gotten my bridgette skin but I got my echo yesterday even tho I had watch all the chinese and europe and us streams ( I think two korea )
I am hoping itās delayed but I am losing hope

Watched every EU, Korean, some USA and some Australian contenders no echo but brig skin, first noticed it monday (26.04) that i have the brig skin.
Cause Contenders is rescheduled to monday i will not be able to watch 7h again. Does this mean no echo skin for me?..

I am also missing the Echo skin, but I have received the Brigitte skin.
I canāt remember all of the streams I watched, but I do remember that I received the Brigitte skin over a week ago. (I believe it was April 19th or 20th.)

Iāve tried all the troubleshooting tips (logging out, clearing cookies) and watched what little Contenders live content overlaps with BST but still no Echo skins and - I believe - no more broadcasts left for April.
Are those of us who got the Brig 15hr skins but not the Echo 7hr skins now SOL?

I have been able to log onto most contenders viewing in April.
I earned and received my Bridget early on before the 10th of April.
I must have viewed 30+ hours this Month.
This happens to me every month, I donāt know why because I follow all of the instructions and always get the green light and my tmobile owl points work instantly every time.
I didnāt ever receive my lucio skin from months ago, if you could help with this I would be very grateful.

Hi! Iām in this boat, I have the Brig skin but not the Echo one. I watch a lot of contenders as I work from home, my history log has me watching the streams on April:
5th, 6th, 8th, 12th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th
I donāt know when I got the Brig skin as I was only checking for the Echo one, and wondering why I hadnāt got it. I tried all the cookie reset tips and everything, and only noticed by chance that I had the Brig skin a few days ago. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you for the post!

I honestly canāt remember which streams I watched exactly, but I know got the Brig skin quite early on in the month (possibly within the first week of April?). I still do not have the Echo skin, but Iāve tried the steps youāve suggested and will see if that works and will try to catch the next couple of streams (thank god they decided to extend the reward period lol). Surprised cos this is the first time I have had issues with getting the Contenders skin drops - I know others have had issues in previous months but this is the first time Iāve had a problem
update, still no echo skins just finished watching the apac owl stream using the same conditions as the ow contenders. I got the owl tokens with no issues 
What streams in the month of April have you watched?
I canāt remember much about what streams I watched, but I did watch a majority of the first and second week. I switched between watching on mobile and on the browser (donāt think this would matter but thought I would include it).
At what time do you remember earning the Brigitte Contenders skin?
I remember getting the Brigitte Contenders skin on April 11th.
Please work through the following steps in the meantime!

On every stream there was this Green light, so i was legitimate watching streams
Hello, my issue is a little bit different bc i got the Echo skin but no Brig, and whats weird is that i had not gotten the Reinhardt or Bastion skins, but when i checked the Reinhardt skin poped up in my account (Not Bastion tho).
Does that mean i got Rein instead of Brig or is it something else entirely?

Iām posting this as an update on my missing Echo skin situation.
Iām not sure how many hours Iāve logged in total but I think Iāve logged another 15+ hours from my last post, so maybe 40+ hours. I checked my hero gallery now and am happy to report that I FINALLY have my Echo skin.
Iām not sure if itās due to anything done from the support side or if watching the extra hours did it or the glitch just randomly fixed itself or if it just took over 3 weeks to get added to my hero gallery as apposed to the max 48 hours. All I know is that I now have the skin and am super happy. Thank you Wyoming for all your assistance, you are a legend.
So, to the others who are still missing the Echo skin, check if you have her now. If not, maybe just watch every possible stream thatās left and see if she pops up or not. If not, letās hope that they can make some sort of arrangement to have a second chance to earn the skins in May.
Thatās it from me. I hope the rest of you get your missing Echo and Brigitte skins soon.
Piggybacking on this to say check again too, I just did after reading and Iāve received the Echo skin! Maybe it was something to do with the end of the month? Hope everyone gets resolved too!
