Just allow it please. Dont wanna have to buy a gaming pc just to get better at widow and tracer, my two mains. Id rather start ehancing with mouse akd keyboard. Forget trying to get rid of it. Just allow it please.

Most people like controller, mouse and keyboard means huge advantage, so no, PC players play with their stuff and Console players play with theirs.

Thats their choice, BUT if it were vice versa it would have horrible implications. Controller on PC is a choice of you putting yourself at a disadvantage for sake of comfortability. But I’m sure console players hate fighting XIM 4 users as is.

Yes because it costs over $100 and then you need to buy a mouse and keyboard so… another $80 you’re looking at $200 for this set up that’s not available to everyone. I play console, and I’m fine with it. If it truly added this huge in game advantage there wouldn’t be plat M&K players on console (which there are) so this complaining about it is irrelevant.

It adds enough precision to be noticed, Console players with controllers can’t move as smooth as Mouse and keyboard users, having more of them is just making a problem into a bigger problem.

Does not cost $200 for a mouse and keyboard wtf lol mouse is like 20 bucks for nice cheap gaming one qnd keyboard that varies but theyre also for sale for like $40 for a good one. Same as buying a $60 controller lol

Wrong. Majority of the console top 500 is not mouse and keyboarders because, shockingly, it doesn’t add that much of an advantage. It really doesn’t. Aim is not the best skill to have in this game and aiming with a controller isn’t horrendously hard.
Some people can’t afford that setup, it would give an unfair advantage and should not be allowed. Console is fine as is as we already have smurfing in bulkier numbers than PC, we don’t need it clogged up with a ton more m/kb users.

Thing is people already use adapters to pkay with mouse and keyboard anyways. It wouldnt turn it into a bigger problem. It would allow EVERYONE to take that advantage into their own preference

That literally means nothing. There are more than 500 people on overwatch console who use a xim4 and they aren’t top 500. One of my friends has one and he’s hard stuck diamond. A mouse and keyboard is not this amazing gift, it’s kind of mediocre.

Thing is it would allow more people to gain a decent advantage over controller users, which is BAD since the native console controller is a controller and not m/kb.

You dont need an adapter if the game allows it. Thats why people use XIMs cause overwatch doesnt allow mnkb on console. If blizzard allows it all youd need to do is plug in your mouse and keyboard via usb. So no it wpuldnt be expensive. Becauze you wouldnt need the XIM

Not all people can afford PCS, so why would I foot $100 for a m/kb when I can just use my controller? It’s just a dumb idea to have a PC-designed controller onto a console.

And why not do the same for aim bots on PC?
I do own a nice mouse and keyboard on the PC but I would NEVER use that on Overwatch, I play on console so I am going to play Overwatch the way most of the console players play.
I hate the argument “just buy one of your own” some people don’t have access to that kind of stuff others just want to sit and play.
I don’t mind knowing that there are those people who need that edge for this game, I just want to know that the Overwatch team are still trying to find a solution to this
