Connection/grouping issues

Having grouping issues with playstation currently. Can’t join friends to play with each other. Invite and press join and nothing happens/kicked back to main menu.

Same as you ! I can’t join my team mate

Workaround that is super sketchy but works -

  1. keep joining any arcade queue for the same game mode with your friend at the same time.
  2. Once you and your friend are in the same game and same team, play the game through
  3. make sure to both hit stay as team after the game finishes and you will be in the same party.

Same problem here, me ps5 my friend PS4. Please fix this NOW. I don’t care Mei was able to go upstairs actually.

This is still happening 21 hours after it was first posted, how do we find out when we can expect to be able to party up with people again?

Same issue here, gf on PS4 me on PS5. I accept invite, nothing happens. Tried the other way around, same issue. Rebooted both systems, same issue.

Same issue, can’t play with friends, I am ps5 he is ps4. Not sure if that has anything to do about it.

Keep the posts and reports coming in here, let’s hope blizzard fix this and take action

Note :- this has only been a problem post patch pre patch everything was working fine no problem.

There is a workaround open queuing and joining game when people leave but it’s truly ridiculous. Please resolve.
