Hi guys I’m also ps4 an my friend is ps5 same problem but figured out you can join with the same console only (ps4 to ps4, etc) if you wanna play

Its only happening with one of my friends, everyone else can invite and join each other. If our friends put us in a group, we can play. This sucks

Having the same issue. Kids on PS4 and me on PS5. I send invitations and they don’t get them. They send invitations and I get them but don’t join. Very frustrating

Ive tried to reinstall the Game. But it was waste of Time. the Problem still exist.
My Bro did the same ( on Ps4 ), but didnt have better results.

Same issue on PS5. Me and my friends can invite each other but we can’t join groups.

I was just able to join an existing group made by my friend on PS4 by clicking join group from the friends menu in game.

I’m experiencing the same issue I (ps5) and my friend (ps4) we are unable to connect we have tried everything reinstalling the game but nothing seems to work. This need to be fix as soon as possible.

Same invite gets sent, accepted and than nothing. Only started after the update.

Friend (on PS5 digital edition) managed to join us (PS4 disc and digital) by spamming Join Group and invites until he got in somehow. Other than that nothing but workarounds worked.

This needs more attention, an acknowledgement that something is wrong and is being looked and hopefully fixed asap.

Best workaround I could find was to have my ps4 friend join another party and then it lets me join them but I can’t join them directly
