Connecting to wrong server

I was on this thread: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/overwatch/t/placed-on-the-incorrect-server-us-high-latency-feb-7-2019/299602/77 and the last entry is says to make a new topic if I am having trouble. I am in Boston at college and the internet is fast but I am getting 160-180 ms latency.

I have been connecting to sae1, where the problem lies:

It looks like the issue is happening within a peer network the ISP is using to connect the local client to the host servers. My best advice would be to show this network test to the university network admin to see if they can work with the service provider to correct the issue.
