I entered a comp match placement at 20:44 british time today. Was 6v5 upon entering and nobody could do anything. Left the match as it was pointless and received penalty and 10 minute ban. Can you please resolve this / remove this from my record?
Sorry mate, don’t think they will give you your SR back but games like these look like they will start, but will close within a minute most of the time.
Did the message “Waiting for players.” appear on the top of the game HUD? Next time, please wait until the match cancels out on its own to avoid penalties (should take no more than 60 seconds for this to happen). This is an issue that I think they are investigating.
As always, penalties can’t be reversed.
