Opened an anniversary loot box just now. After opening the box I could see that I had gotten the new Zenyatta Skin while it was doing the strange zoomed-in panning bug. Once I exited the loot box screen I only received three items.

It clearly showed the Zenyatta skin in the items. It also showed a soldier item. (spray?) Just wanted to know if this was a known issue due to the Zen skin being the skin I looked forward to the most from the new update.
It’s showing you the wallpaper as you’re opening the box, the skin didn’t actually drop. The zoom bug is already known and listed in their pinned thread. More info from staff can be found here:
