Cass grenade is just as cheesy as stun ever was

This is fine. He already has a really easy matchup into reaper.

I think his current matchup is Reaper favored if anything, though it depends on the map.

His e needs to counter mobility. That’s kind of one of his niches.

I know, but it could do it to a smaller extent while also him having a strong FTH to counter close ranged encounters wich usually happens to be mobile heroes (and Tanks).

  (+) Spread angle: reduced by 4.5 degrees (from 6.50 to 2 degrees)
  (+) Can now headshot
  (+) Has less recoil, from 2.5 to 1.5
  (+) Spread pattern is no longer randomized (Its a simple circle)
  (–) Fall-off range reduced by 75% (20m-40m → 5m-10m)
  (–) Deals 15 less damage (50 to 35) , before fall-off.
  (–) Has an internal cooldown of 4 seconds

• Magnetic Grenade
  (+) Now apply a 20% slow on explosion to all targets hit (including self) but 20% more to the stuck target for 1 second.
  (+) Explodes 0.7s faster on stick (from 1.2 to 0.5s)
  (+) Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds
  (–) Deals 61 less total dmg (from 1 impact, 65 direct, 65 explosion [131 total] to 5 impact, 35 direct , 30 explosion [70 total])
  (–) Tracking reduced by about 50% (dont have the exact numbers)

Nowadays i think the spread is a bit too small maybe, something like 3-4 with 10-20m falloff is prolly more correct.
