Kind of new to overwatch too but not new to OverWatch or like games like it. I’ve been running through like all the hero challenges and unlocking everyone and I’m down to my last one which is the support kiriko. I’ve completed all of my matches for it and the side challenges that you have to do in the practice range but on one counter it says 35 out of 35 and then another one says 34 out of 35 and it refuses to give me the character and since this issue has started I’ve probably won another 30 matches and it just won’t give me the character. All of that started with The matches won counter not updating unless I restarted my game and then it just stopped updating all together at one point. If anyone can help me figure this out I will greatly appreciate it. Cuz I just want to play the game and it’s really aggravating when I get on the game and I can’t even play the one character that I haven’t played yet.
same here bugged on 3 different accounts, my girlfriend has the same problem.
the winrate counter doesn’t update alltogether it’s stuck at 34 but when you hover over the challenge is says it’s completed with 35 wins.

Also having this issue with Junker Queen, including the counter not updating until I restarted the game
Been stuck at 34/35 on Junker Queen since the season began, I saw this issue being heavily complained about a couple weeks ago, every few posts were about this exact issue and yet no fix has been made. Not even a compensation while we have to wait weeks for them to fix this issue just to unlock 1 character?
I saw another guy said it fixed itself after about a week but my problem is going on 2 weeks now so I’m hoping one day I get online and it’s just fixed. Good luck to everyone else

Have you tried the classics?
-Deselect+reselect character to be unlocked if possible. Change character selected if possible.
-Log in/out of your blizzy.
-Restart your device if you haven’t.
-Clear caches/old possibly corrupt data.
-Use a different client if possible.
-Uninstall/reinstall client.
If someone’s suddenly resolved it’s kinda odd. Something must have changed for them if it’s true. Or maybe it’s fixable through Tech Support.
I have done all of the options that I knew how to do. None worked sadly.

Kinda frustrated by this. Wish I could help more, but most people are on their last hero and I don’t really have a solution if the swap doesn’t work.
It’s part of the reason I haven’t hopped around bug report as much. Don’t really feel like I’m helping much when the only solution I can provide works for a small number of people.
Hope you all get a fix soon though.
Same issue but Rammatra. I’m beyond frustrated with this new unlock system. It slows down being able to play comp efficiently and to top it off all characters take at least a game after completely finishing all you need to unlock them just to be able to play them. Sometimes it bugs out and then you can’t play that character at all until support fixes the issue. This has got to be one of the worst changes I’ve seen in the game since launch.
Broooo kiriko just does not want to be unlocked by me either.
