Can't receive League tokens via website

Hi,
OW-League’s website won’t log me into my account. I fill in my name and password and press enter, but I then get redirected to the page I came from, still not logged in. Now I cannot receive League tokens. I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices and deleted cookies.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem and how can I solve this? (I don’t want to download the app)

Same. Assumed same issue as Impossible to log in to overwatch league website

Tried everything on three browsers, nothing. Probably their authentication servers again.

Just get good XD, maybe its the browser your using, try using the app for now until you can resolve the problem.

Have you tried recently, things are starting to calm down and more players are now reporting to be able to log in. Try doing a HARD refresh by pressing Ctrl+F5 on the OverwatchLeague.com page.

I’ve just tried again (also HARD refresh), but it’s still not working.

Still can’t log in whatsoever? Curious. What browser are you using, what device and operating system?

I also tried it while turning off adblocker and such, but to no effect.

Have you tried Google Chrome? So far this browser has been reported to have the most compatibility today.

No difference, unfortunately. Just tried it on my laptop too, but the result’s the same. No add-ons on chrome browser and I allowed all cookies.

Now if you just switched, lets watch and wait at least an hour to see what happens. The match is currently live.

Turns out it was the permissions needing to be revoked and re-enabled. Bottom of account connections page, for those looking.

How frustrating that this answer isn’t front and center… So much time lost thinking I was getting rewards and the system was just buggy. I was logged in on website, but earned 0. Guess that goes along with not earning anything from Youtube, not hitting time marks for Contenders, etc. I have never seen people work so hard to not give silly rewards.

PLEASE do not necrobump old tech support posts. It often brings up issues that are not related to the exact one you are dealing with. Blizzard is already aware of the token drop issues for this weekend (June 10-12) and is working to fix it.

I didn’t realize this was an old thread. My apologies. However, the fix worked for me and reactivated my drops. Multiple browsers across multiple computers/devices and it showed me logged in to website, but not to the rewards.
