I’m getting around 100fps in overwatch and it drops to 60 occasionally when sym ults or with other big effecting ults that causes my fps to drop. I’m looking to stream but I’m currently at a loss right now on what to upgrade or if I need to upgrade everything. Thanks for any help you guys may add 
- Edit - I used to get 200fps but its been dropping recently to where I am at now
drivers? could try reinstalling gpu drivers and reinstall ow. have you done all you can to optimise windows for gaming? stuff like unpark cores etc.
I assume you’ve done all the typical troubleshooting, like checking drivers, in game settings, etc? That’s normally the cause of these things.

And if that doesn’t work, and you don’t use your computer for professional video editing/science etc. Then try disabling HPET.
Since that’s rate-limiting your CPU to get really accurate 1/100000th of a second.
But can also interfere with framerate.
