They did indeed include it, which was predictable.
Oh, they did? I was confused because it kept saying 8s when I used it, but it was stuck in 8s for a couple seconds. Thought they said they wouldn’t fix it “because the rework is soon anyway.”
Because they didn’t plan to patch the game an additional time just to fix a minor issue the rework is going to delete anyway.
But since Retribution/Uprising got “hacked”, a urgent patch was made and thus scatter fix included in it, because why not.
The devs should take a hint. Those characters would be totally awesome to play as! Rebalanced and with newer designs / abilities of course.
Yes, obviously on console they are not free.
But Blizzard runs all their games through their own client, they can update whenever and whatever they want at the cost of only the people that are working on putting together the new patch.
