Its not forced Role Lock. Its a bug. They are working on fixing it.

Role Limits in Quick Play General Discussion

We’re aware of a bug that is incorrectly applying role limits to Quick Play matches. We’re currently investigating and will update when resolved. If you’d like to help us test Role Queue, jump into the Role Queue Beta Season available now until September 1. Role Queue will be fully available for Quick Play and Competitive Play beginning on September 1 for the start of Competitive Season 18.
