Her current healing is an absolute abomination and feels terrible to play against on numerous heroes.

When Zen and Kirko can 2 Tap HS anyone expect a tank, When Moria takes little to skill to get value out of… When your support act like dps… Its time to either change them or just remove that role all together.
I dont want even to start to get into your “argument”. If you cant see whats wrong with the following and why its not an issue then its a knowledge issue or skill issue at this point.

So you are telling me that the majority of Kirko players, Zen Players, Moria players dont act like a dps? Because from my experince they are.
And yes watch Kirko 2 tap someone in the head and them die. Headshots are at least 100 dmg from Kirko AND Zen. So that is the Majority of the DPS and Support Roster.
And Moria does not take skill to play to get value out of. She is by far the easiest healer to get value out of with little to no effort

Kiriko: when you DPS with her, you are throwing the game. She plays more like Mercy than like Zen. That you dont even mention Bap (the most logical choice), shows that you have zero idea what you are talking about and that you get mad when Kiriko kills you with a random headshot.

Zen: He has nothing else to do! He is a glass canon. Put the harmony orb and discord orb on targets and shoot at things. Thats the core of Zen and it always was. He does not need to ACTIVELY heal targets. To offset this, he has zero mobility, burst self heal, protection and just a weak heal.

Moira: this tells me you are a low rank player who gets to often killed from some stray Moira running at you, because you cant hit your shots. Moira needs to do damage to fill her healing meter up again and does mostly trash damage. So her all so mighty numbers on the score board dont mean anything. There is a reason why she is not played in high rank: she is noob stomper.
And now with consistency please. If it would be so easy to do, why does Kiriko has next to Mercy the lowest damage numbers of all supports? Zen has impressive damage, but then again: because he is a glass canon. Most of the time, you can delete Zen faster than he can delete you, if you dont eat a random orb volley during peaking.
Her skill floor is low yes, but she platos very fast. Thats why she is mostly played in the metal ranks and especially in the low ranks: to farm bad players.

A lot of things that are in the game feel terrible to play again on numerous heroes.
Beginning of season 3 was pretty decent but they decided to give stupids buff in the mid-season patch

Supports shouldnt be putting out the damaghe they do. As for Bap. I rarely see Bap players. I dont play comp because the game is broken, The heroes are broken. So as for QP yes i see more Moria, Zen and Kirko. And all they do is DPS.
And this bad design when they removed a tank. Zen gained too much power. Hence the comments about power creep and they need to stop adding in more dps orientated support heroes, and before you try a gotcha moment with this, i know he was part of the orginal roster but his game design was around 2 tanks and now there is one he gets more value. They needed to change him based around 1 tank now.
Again, I dont play comp see comment above. So yes i would be a low rank player as i have no rank at all. When they balance the game properly and do more to punish leavers in comp i will rejoin and climb in comp. But not enough has been done in these 2 areas.
Again, bad support design within a 5v5 enviroment.
I would say you are support main. So lets go with that, But since your profile is private you will go no i am xyz hero that isnt a support. And if you are a support main, you are just liking your moment in the sun where you can do everything…

Mercy as of this moment is the most broken Support hero. Her healing is so strong its nearly impossible to kill anyone through it, whether he plays safe or headstrong in the open.
Then there is rez and the “fun” begins again.
She can change the whole dynamic of a match by simply pocketing one hero constantly boosting/healing him.
You should never have healing so strong that you can’t kill someone if he is not playing around cover - and with Mercy right now this is possible.
It doesn’t help the DPS are bad at focusing Supports and I have to swap to Winston/JQ and hunt her down myself every second game.
You cannot kill someone with Winston ult if Mercy is healing them. That is insane… no unlimited auto aim healing should be able to do that.
I’d rather worry about oneshots, which are, in fact, killing the game

My profile is open. Yes I am a support main (Diamond 2) and sick of people pretending like they are healers and not SUPPORTS.
In 5v5 they need to be able to do damage (most of them) and heal/support the team at the same time.
It not only shows, but I understand why. Please dont comment on things you dont understand.

Ana shouldnt be buffed, or nerfed. She is fine. Kiriko can cleanse her effects, and is the mechinical skill healer.
Baptiste, same thing, high skill cieling because you have to balance alot of stuff around, but generally isnt too bad.
Brig is, if anything, underpowered. She does decent point blank damage, but thats it.
Kiriko is a knives edge. Reduce damage by any significant amount, and she isnt rewarded for hitting crits//doing damage at all. Healing was reduced to a good point. only thing I would do is up suzu to 10 seconds.
Lucio is fine. Not too good, not too bad.
Mercy is mercy. She is the hero meant to reward gamesense more than mechanical skill. She is annoying, but not over or under powered.
Moira is a noob stomp that gets value at low level via going unpunished. If you want to nerf//rework her, up her damage, but nerf survivabillity.
Zen is an all or nothing hero. He either gets a lot of value with picks, discord, and ults, or he gets no value via not getting kills, meaning he doesnt get ult, meaning he doesnt get decent healing.
Tldr You will not get anything more than adjustments for numbers, as the things that people hate about heroes’ kits are integral to how they play. Ana needs dart to defend herself from flankers, and she has nade to keep tanks up and to put more pressure on enemy frontlines. Bap has immortality field as his gimmick. Regen burst allows him to quickly get himself and allies up to half. He constantly balances healing the tank, healing the dps+support, damaging shields//tank, and going for picks. Brig is getting changed via the team not liking health based gimmicks. Kiriko was another attempt at a bap//ana reactionary hero, but I will admit her kit should be tuned down in numbers only. Lucio is the DPS assassin. He can enable rien and dive, take out supports, and be a team player if needed, but you dont really see this at low level. If you nerf//change mercy much more than they already have, you will see even more supports quit. She is the rein or soldier of supports, in that she is the easiest to pick up, but one of the hardest to master. Moira, similarly is the noob-stomp callout post for when you cant aim well. Zen trades healing for damage, atleast at first. A good zen is ulting quite often, and is getting decent picks while keeping the tank up.

You could argue that support creep is a problem when you look at burst and sustained healing output, but to lump Zen into support “creep” when he hasn’t really seen any major power shifts in almost six years is wild.
Technically, yes, but part of the issue is that support will be an unpopular role by design. You are carrying your team with a support hero pick, but it isn’t with a flashy WYKKYD SYKK 5K sizzle reel play.
