I was originally ranked bronze5 (used to be high gold low plat). I ranked up till I reached gold1. Then after 7 wins, this happened: instead of showing me the rank was going to be calculated from gold 1, it showed I was going from silver 5 to silver 3.

I have the same exact problem, its happened three times already.
After getting either 5 wins or just booting up the game, my rank has gone down a complete 5 ranks! Its extremely frustrating as i havent been able to get above plat 4 even though i put in the work.
First time it changed from gold 3 to silver 3, then from plat 5 to gold 5, and today again from plat 5 to gold 5.
