As the title says, when I launched Overwatch just a day or two before the transition I went in to check for my Mercy Skins and most of them showed up as locked, skins that I have unlocked and I am certain I do have those. Also voice lines that were unlocked showed up as locked but were still assigned to the emote wheel. I tried buying a skin which I knew I had to see what it did and my coins were taken away.
Days go by, Overwatch 2 releases, I log in and now my skins are unlocked but my coins are still gone.
What I am asking is quite simple, I either want my coins back or I want the two skins I purchased to appear in the list separately
