In my bronze acc they have more suitable team comps than gold.

Bronze players know they are bad and are trying the LEET heroes to learn how to play better.
Gold is where 40% of the player base is. So there’s more people there, doing their own thing.

Because in bronze people understand that they can’t do much themselves due to lack of physical skill / 20fps, so they try to do their best in regards to comps, meanwhile in gold 90% think they are GM dps mains stuck in Elo hell

Because people in bronze really only follow meta because they want to climb out as soon as possible while in gold most people just play what they’re good at to climb out

I noticed the same when i played Season 11 as well. I think that in general, we Bronzers know how the game is to be played just that our mechanics are lacking and for some, a lack of “game sense”.
I think that there a few threads in the Comptitive Sub-form which also state the same thing. Will dig them when i have the time.

Most people don’t realize that bronze is lot better place than people give it credit for. I once heard that it’s the middle ranks that are usually the worst, especially in terms of toxicity, and things get better towards both ends of spectrum.

As a tank main this speak to my soul. I get really tired of protecting people in gold that only seem to want to measure sticks the whole game while I’m basically playing the objective on my own. If it becomes too much I swap to dps myself and, surprise surprise, I out perform them on their coveted role…
Due to the sheer number of players that are in that ranking.
It’s why I hated playing when I tried support and fell to gold.
I do get…unusual comps in gold…but for the most part people in my games seem to want popular team comps.
Doesn’t mean we can pull them off but still
