Bronze 5 glitch still not fixed on support

Been bronze 5 with 43 wins and Im so sick of this bs. Fix the dang game!!!

I know this is a real bug and I know it has to be super annoying, one of the many reasons I haven’t bothered with comp yet, however, posting your wins is meaningless without your losses. Even then it isn’t a full story but it is much more complete at least.

I just got my placement and it says bronze 5 even though i won my 7 games, i shouldn’t be bronze 5 it needs to be fixed please blizzard

I feel like you don’t get how this works. You don’t rank up for 7 wins, you just get an update on your rank at 7 wins (or 20 losses). Thus stating your wins without stating your losses gives exactly zero information.
