My current rank in competitive is Bronze 5 and from October 14th to today October 16th I won games 7 times 3 times and when updated my rank is still Bronze 5 which makes no sense. Please I need an answer to this problem, I heard that they have already solved the error, but to continue in this situation is frustrating, I am losing game time
I have the same issue. Ranked up multiple times since release, always bronze 5. Hoped it would be fixed with the latest patch but I’m still having the same issue.

I had the B5 bug [I’m ex masters], Promoted to Bronze5 after winning the 7 games TWICE. From there I won 7 in a row, Got B4 won 7 in a row again, skipped to S2, then promo to Gold5, then I won 7-1 promoted to GOLD5, then i won 7-3 DEMOTED TO SILVER1.
THE RANKED SYSTEM IS STILL BROKEN cuz that’s some BS. I feel like I’m wasting time at this point.
