Can i have my sr back and not be banned. Occasionally when i select a character, it goes to a black screen and kicks me. Pls fix this and unban me
Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties. Based on the description, I recommend trying to fix your issue by following these steps:
So overwatch has a problem, but ban the players that have to deal with said problem? so far the solution dont seem to be working. fix the screen or learn to “discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash”. amazing how long issues can last without being addressed.
have you tried unplugging overwatch and plugging it back in?
