Yes, and it’s only a question away from him being balanced: how long is each step going to be? it took 22 months to get his first step, so is it going to be another 3? 6? Maybe even 18 months?

There was also the damage drop off in recon mode. (soldier and mcree buff also)

And healing while moving.
