Banned/Suspended from ranked

Hi there,

Since 2 days ago, I am unable to join a ranked game.
The game says that I’m unable to join when I’m banned/suspended. However, I didn’t get any notification that I got banned. It also doesn’t show up anywhere in my menu that I’m banned/suspended…

Could it be in your emails / have you left any competetive games recently (even through being DC’d?)

I have left comp games, but not even 5. Also It can’t be that I leave and get perma banned right?

Probably not a perma ban just from leaving, but you do get time penalties for leaving matches. Im not sure if they increase in time though or if it’s always half an hour.

Is there really nothing on your menu? Like not even a timer, or comp matches being greyed out?

Nothing, only a blacked out comp choosing screen which says "unable to play while suspended or banned.
And i Haven’t been able to play ranked for over a week now.

You might need to open a ticket with blizzard or check your spam inbox on your emails. They generally tell you why you got suspended or banned and when the ban / suspension will be lifted, but it probably comes down to leaving games and thus being reported by multiple players. Most people on both teams report leavers so its upwards of 11 reports per game you leave, so my best guess is you are probably suspended for “game sabotage”

Yes you can be if you leave too many too often.

Checked spam folder, nothing. And you can get perma banned for leaving? Even for 5 games?

Your 6th leave of a season triggers a season ban.

Does anyone know if you get an email regarding this?

Well I have found pictures of said seasonal bans and perma bans. I don’t even have any of those warnings. I don’t even know for sure if I’m banned, if you understand me.

Submit a ticket to Blizzard support.

Post a screenshot of your menu where you can’t join competitive. Or just open a support ticket. Unsure if they’ll respond due to the holidays though.
