i was banned on the forums one time and i did not get the email.

then i went to the chat support, sometimes their system seems to have issues.

Just throwing this out there, but going off yer icon I’m guessing yer a torb one trick. That’s probably gonna result in a butt load of people reporting you, which could result in ban or suspension.

A torb one trick? I’m not a torb main, played him for 30 mins I think. I just equip all the new icons I get :stuck_out_tongue:

Like everyone above said, open a support ticket and see where that gets you

Also, try to play QP with LFG because ppl tend to take that more serious than playing ranked soloQ. If youre able to join Comp again, play LFG exclusively if youve got the time, i mean, your q times can be anywhere between a few seconds and half an hour. Been there done that.

it looks like you are banned for the rest of the season because there is no infor saying for how long you are banned.

usually you get bans before you get season banned.

If you are one of those clowns who nerdrages out and leaves comp games, good. I am glad you are banned. Go back into QP where you can whine and play hanzo all day

SpicyCupcake, if you are only banned from the Competitive Play mode and not other areas of Overwatch, this is most likely due to leaving games. Please note that all disconnections and game crashes count as leaving the match. Suspensions will have a timer listed on a yellow bar on the locked competitive play option if you are only suspended. If it labels “You are banned Season 13” then that is a Season ban and you will have the opportunity to return next season. However, if you have 3 season bans and the Competitive Play option simply shows it being locked with no detailed message, that is PERMANENT BAN.

Competitive mode bans are DIFFERENT than Account Actions, so there is NO appeal process for them. Sorry to say, but you are looking at starting a new account if you truly wish to keep playing in Competitive play. Note that all other game modes will remain available on that account.

Thank you for the info. So it sounds like even a season suspension has an indicator that it is only for the season, leading you to believe his screenshot indicates a permanent ban.

I would still recommend putting in a ticket, as there have been glitches reported where leaving a single game multiple times counted as multiple leaves, and many people allegedly received season bans due to a glitch. Support should have access to your suspension history to confirm how many times you have been suspended.

EDIT: Level 45 seems pretty low to have played enough games across 3 seasons to be season banned in them.

i ve created a new account after i ve been banned on my main, for the same reason
this is the NEW WAY BLIZZARD/ACTIVISION IS MILKING US
i never disconnected this late season on my main account, i played some games ranked, first disconnect in early game, that led to game cancel, and me being banned for 10mins after that 10 min, i went permaban for no reason, first disconnect, i taught maybe i have reports + disconnect makes sense.
i paid for a new game made a new account had 6/4 went platinium 2500 after 2 games my ISP is not stable since i live in what they call third world, but still first disconnect on that account and again happened in first minut , game canceled, and me being perma banned.
i ve spent a lot on wow, a lot on hearthstone beta, we as community gave a lot to blizzard, we built forums explained donjons and bosses, grouped in channel, fought our govs to get in free Voip so we can play and enjoy, communicate learn, you are here just milking us, no real respect
just another developper/publisher i am gonna delete on my shjop list/ recommand list.
i can even add that blizzard may be doing this to kick 3rd world with their low internet bandwish from europeen servers.

i will fight you till the end
