July 5th had high latency 100% of the games. After a few days started getting a low latency game about 1 out of 10 games. It is still 1 out of 10 low latency games as of right now 10th July 6pm AEST.
Is there any sort of temporary fix currently working that we could do on our end? like using a VPN or GEO filter?
Most tripple A games would have this issue sorted by now =/

I started experiencing this issue around a week ago. I just experienced it 20 minutes ago when my game connected to a pse Singapore server. Iām in Sydney. My ISP is BELONG which is a Telstra brand.
ISP: TPG
Every 2 or 3 games I get put in a Singapore server and latency shoots up to 200+.
Not using a a VPN or anything else that could interrupt connections.

Any idea why this is happening?
Started early last week (2/7/19), most recent occurrence was tonight. My connections alternate regularly (every other match) between SYD2 & LAX1 with only a few occasions connecting to PSE1.
Happened again to me just now, I was being wrongly placed in PSE1, now Iāve been placed in LAX when the correct one should be SYD. Any updates blizzard?
Was sent here by support. I have had these server problems all week as everyone else has. However today i had a game crash as i was winning the game (2 seconds from victory) and game crashed because i got connected to a different region (finally had an aus game) which caused me to not be able to reconnect, get a leaver penalty and lose about 50 of my sr. my duo didnāt get the problem nor did anyone else in the game. Blizzard support looked at my logs and diag files and said the only people who could help me would be the games team located here, since the problem was related to this server issue. even if you canāt give sr back since games never do, can you at least remove the xp/leaver penalty. it just makes me real salty
Continually being put in pse1ā¦ so frustrating as basically unplayable.
Started pretty much bang on with Season 17 starting. Have had 7/8 games tonight in pse1, leaver penalty sucks.

Itās ridiculous when you are continually punished for something that can easily be seen in the logs. I get that en masse SR requests would be financially hefty to have staff examine everyone with an open ticket, the penalty system is way too harsh when you are trying to āTESTā an issue that is not of your own doing and beyond your control this is complete BS. I have a number of friends that have moved games but I guess that the money has already been made from OW. First world problem I know but itās hurting your franchise and brand. I have this problem, first Iām on PSE1, then on LAX, when I should be on SYD, itās bizzare. I just had 1 Syd, one PSE and one LAX comp game, when I should always be on SYD as I am in New Zealand.
First experienced issue 2 days ago, experiencing the issue right now which is 12:43 AM 11 July NZ time.
