I agree but thats the whole point of this topic i made, Why would we remove the stacking ult charge while using bob when bob is the worst part of her kit. U get the idea right?
she can gain ult charge with bob active if we can gain it from shooting him. he’s treated like a player until they decide he isn’t and it’s nonsense.

If soldier and genji specifically could gain ult charge during blade and visor, they’d half charge their ults before they finished and have them again for the next fight every time. Bob’s damage doesn’t give ashe ult charge, so it’s just giving her earlier opportunity to start building BOB again. What would 76 gain ult charge off of if not his gun during visor, which would be op? What would genji get it from but blade, also op?
I thought Bob’s damage gave ult charge, I don’t see a problem if it doesn’t as it’s still Ashe doing the damage
